Controller Editor - need to be reinstalled, but fails

    Hi,
    I have an issue and need your advise.
    The folder with Controller Editor is gone (no idea what has happened).
    I try to install the new version - it fails with the message "old version exists, but cannot be uninstalled" and no progress possible.
    The old version is not visible, folder is missing. Uninstalling is not possible - it is in a deadlock now.
    How to reinstall it in this situation?
    System Win 10, 64bit
