    Hi,

I have red all the Windows optimization guides here and else where and applied all to a fresh copy of my Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

I have installed TSP2 version 2.1.2 and the CPU LOAD is bouncing around even when I turn Traktor on and nothing else. No tracks loaded, no FX on. No controller connected, no sound card connected etc.

I have a gig coming up and I am very scared to use Traktor Pro 2.

Here is some specs on my laptop. Any help is appreciated.
    -Dell Latitude E6510
    -Windows 7 pro 64 bit (SP1 installed)
    -Intel Core i5 CPU M540 @ 2.53 GHz
    -8.00 GB RAM

If this same issue has been discussed then I apologize but the forums here are a bit messy and topics keep changing within a post. I did try to search first.

    Thanks,
    Shain

You can always do a dry run and do a session at home for a 2 hours or more to test out 2.1.2.

I'm assuming you have played around with your latency settings. So do a session at home and see how things go.

yeah.. test it to destruction at home and don't worry about the cpu display unless it starts causing you glitches..!

pull up the performance meter in W7.. traktor does have peaks of processing usage but with an i5 the average should be really quite low.. not sure of impact of TSP2 vs TP2 tho..

the best thing to do is as others have suggested... get confidence in the system at home..
