It would be a great idea in a new version of massive if the synth could handle more voices without overloading the CPU. In some cases it is only possible to run one instance of Massive when making stuff like trance, since the fat sounds need a lot of voices to sound decent.

It would be good if Massive included the Roland SuperSaw waveform or something similar, its basically 7 saw waves in one, where you can adjust the detuning by the modulation. It is featured on the SH201, and sounds great when used for pad sounds and trance leads. Maybe also add more waveforms like this like supersine and supersquare or something which would stop the need to make multiple voice instances in Massive and therefore reduce the CPU load. Then we could get the warm sounds as well as the harsh and brutal ones without compensating projects or having to bounce tracks to audio first :) Also have a display of each of the waveforms when loaded and what the Band+ Band- and Band +/- do to each of them, as well as the controls for position etc. Then we could see what our waveforms look like. Ability to create your own waveforms and save them, a bit like Absynth, and also have two controls Start and End, which allows the wave to be 'chopped' into segments, ie wave starts at x = 0 and ends at x = 1, setting the start to 0.3 and end to 0.6 makes the wave start at x = 0.3 and end at x = 0.6 and then return to x = 0.3 and repeat. This would add some interesting modulation effects to the sounds and could be controlled by LFO or other parameters which could really bring some sounds to life.

Also for the EQ, have a 4 band with a numeric display below the knobs, since no display makes it hard to see where you boost and cut. Also have a small window which shows the EQ curve, this would be helpful... Have multiple options for each band, ie Bands 1 and 4 can either be switched between LP/HP, Low shelf/Hi shelf, bandpass, or just normal boost/cut, and bands 2 and 3 can be switched between notch and normal boost/cut. Basically like a master filter area. Also would be cool if you could properly shape your reverbs and delays, like for reverbs instead of having the colour and time controls, have two filters to replace the Colour option, and add a pre-delay to the time control. For delay would be cool to have a special mono delay which can be panned, you could then use a macro or lfo to control the pan of a delay which could give some interesting results.
