Cracking Sound, can't figure out where the problem is

Hey Guys,

I got a following setup

Audio 2 (connected via a USB Hub with externel power supply)
Numark DM 950 Mixer
Logitech Speakers connected via doble cinch
Traktor 2 Pro
Internal Soundcard deactivated

I'm having issues with cracking sounds from time to time during songs. I cannot locate the problem, can you guys help me?

first - connect TA2 directly to your laptop usb port, second - turn off wifi and bluetooth, third - make sure your lappy is capable of running Traktor without hiccups with given latency settings etc

running a DPC latency test wouldnt hurt too

it's common that wifi causes crackles

to check the dpc latency issues use this:

or use the diagnostics module from Traktor Audio drivers control panel

 

Hi to everyone I don´t know if it is a latency problem but yesterday I was using my traktor pro 2 with the controller traktor kontrol s4 and it was working well but then I start playing again and something happen that the music was going slowly and with cracking sounds is this a latency problem.
