    Please help me. Device is crashing every time when I start it.

    Can you posted a video of your anomaly? Maybe try removing the SD card and powering it on to see if that helps? Could be a corrupted SD card but without further specifics/evidence, we're all guessing here.

    I can’t upload hear a video unfortunately. Only fotos see the attached file. I only push the start button and that’s all

    So you were able to register the M+ before this happened? Does it have WLAN access?

    Could be the SD card or other hardware related problem. I suggest to contact spport via the Maschine Support Wizard.

    Yes I have registered but after restart it is happening. Yes already wrote to Support

    If you have an empty SD card with matching specs you can try to use that and see what happens.

    BTW, may seem stupid, but... did you remove the transport rubber for the SD card?

    Yes I removed the rubber.
    I also used another card but still nothing. I have only this Menu with 3 buttons - restart, shutdown and update

    The reset procedure for the M+ requires to have access to the system menu, I guess that’s no option for you.

    :confused:

    Sorry, but I’m out of ideas...

    hmmm are you sure it has a working WiFi access? Might that be the issue? Could you try at another WiFi access point maybe?

    Ok it’s an update- the device is working with Maschine software, but I can’t choose standalone mode. See the attached file
