    The rev. 5 on the PC board just means the PC board is the most recent. But again this is not the issue. The issue is related to the sensor element inside the fader.

    Please again read this forum thread and check the first picture to see if you have the old production stem (left side of the first picture) or new production stem (right side of the picture). You can determine this simply by looking inside the slot; if you see circular rivets on the stem then this is the new production one. Without these it's the first production one.

    @Innofader ...

    just for the info, i recalibrated it today with traktor, and for a couple of minutes it was working like before... but after it, it was starting to bleed again like hell... i noticed it now on the stabs ...

    so freaking dissappointed :(

    It seems to me the mini Innofader itself doesn't have enough dead space so the main piece needs to be recalibrated. I'll send you an email about this matter.

    I must report that after whole morning of calibration, and all guides ive got to make my mininnofader work again, i cant get it into perfect working mode like it was ...

    after calibration (software and hardware) m and combo of those two... adding deadspace... and all that, my mininnofader just starts to bleed after cca 30min of scratching....

    the cut in space reduces for about 0,5-1 mm and the dead space becomes minimal, so the bleeding occurs at that point... even after that if i do traktor software calibration it just does not fix the issue, it stays the same...

    im very sad .... i really tried hard yesterday and from todays morning till now and i did not stop tryin to fix it... but nothing... :(

    i reported my issue to support in friday, i did not get an answer yet, but, its weekend so i suppose tommorow ill get my answer...

    i had a couple of email exchanges with elliot @Innofader who was there with all sorts of advices but we could not get it through with this particular innofader...

    love my z2 and my s4 and all native products i had , but this is so freakin drivin me nuts...

    exhausted .............

    :(:(:(

    Hello everyone, so I am having this issue again for the second time. I got a replacement fader last year around this time for the bleeding issue and sure enough after about the same amount of use it happened again. I am sure NI will take care of me and I sent in a Support ticket, but my question is what is the best option to make sure this doesn't happen again? Should I get a new Innofader myself? If so, what would be the best option to go with and what would be the most economical option to go with? I would rather be 100% percent sure this won't happen again then take a 95% chance that it will.

    Ok, so I have the Rev5 mini innofader with the circular rivets. I have done everything except hardware calibration. What is my next step? The software calibration is a bust.
