Cue plays from master output problem

    I have strange problem that cued song plays from master also even volume fader is fully down. What is going on?

    When I try to listen cue via headphones it comes out also from master outputs.
    CUE mix knob is in the middle (50%), B cue light is lit. A Deck's volume fader fully up, B Deck's volume fader fully down. Crossfader in the middle.

    In output routing I have Output monitor channels set to Headphones and Output master channels set to Master outs.

    Is Z1 just broken or what on earth?
