cueing through headphones using bcd300 & ak1?

    this might sound a really stupid question though...

    after some problems i have traktor le and bcd3000 working fine..using my audio kontrol 1 as my soundcard/audi output.

    though i have no clue how to listen and cue tracks using this while another is playing - anyone know how to do this?

    im assuming i have to use the headphones through the ak1..as the sound output doesnt come from the bcd?

    any help appreciated!

    Why not using the BCD3000 as it was supposed to be? That means also as Audio Interface... Then everything would work flawlessly.

    You should define the outputs, something like Output 1+2 for main and 3+4 (including headphone) for Cue. Or is the headphone out of the AK1 connected to the main outs?

    my laptop has a **** soundcard...sounds much better when i use ak1

    i run the p.a lineout into the ak1..but control with the bcd3000.so im assuming i need to use the headphones through the ak1...as thats where my "audio" is coming from?

    Correct... the headphones also have to be assigned to AK1, but different outputs. By the way, the BCD3000 also has a soundcard inside... ;)

    but is the bcd soundcard not as goood as the ak1.confused?

    cool.will go into the ak1 settings and figure out how to do it.output 3 and 4 then.shall try my best! :)

    Just make a comparison between the soundcards... this is mainly subjective. For me the BCD3000 soundcard is fine for all purposes.
