D2 browser behavior

I've just unboxed my D2, and at the risk of being shamed for being told to read the manual etc first I thought I'd ask a very quick question: can the browser be set to mimic what you've got loaded in the browser on your laptop?

Meaning, I use my browse/load knobs on my X1 mk1, and I love how they just scroll though the list you've got loaded on your screen. I typically have my entire collection sorted by date added, newest at the top, but from playing around with the D2 (for an admittedly short amount of time) it seems I'll have to do a ton of folder navigation to get to that list.

Right?

 

Slightly OT but when you open the browser with your x1, does the browser window on the D2 open?
(Even if the X1 is assigned to a different channel)

 

No - but if you have the browser open on the D2 screen and then turn the X1 browse encoder knob it will scroll, but not navigate folders

 

Thanks for the response. So if I open browser on D2, then I can scroll using the X1 and use the X1's load buttons to load to the X1 decks? Or alternatively, navigate via the D2 and then use the X1 to load to the X1 decks?
