D2 Loop recorder

Hey there,

1) Does anyone know how to use the Loop recorder with the D2 or is it even possible?
- I know you can record a loop from (f.ex) A to C but can you use the Pro 2 actual loop recorder (the one in the top middle of the screen) ?

2) can you change the deck into Master deck from the D2 or just from the software?

3) Can you alter the Remix Gain with the D2 just like with the F1?

I do not find anything in the Manual... maybe its all there, but...

If it's not in the manual then the default D2 mapping does not do it.
I suggest that you turn on midi control and map the performance section.

 

For point '2' it is Shift+Sync to set the deck you're focused on as the master.

 

You can map everything in midi mode in combination with the app "loopmidi".
Take a look at this video. This guy will explain everything.
This will work on the D2 also.
