So I managed to map my D2's volume faders so that they control master volume, deck a volume, and deck b volume. It works really well straight away but when I quit controller editor or unplug the d2 and plug it back in or quit traktor and open it up again, the mapping seems to not be working. I'm thinking it could be something to do with my mapping interfering with the default mapping of the D2 and so, as a second question, is there anyway to change mappings from the press of a button (similar to how this guys did it:

In the video, when he presses 'shift', his X1's mapping changes so that he can use it as a mixer.

    Thanks!

    You can't map the D2.
You may switch it to midi mode I guess, but you're going to loose all advantages of having a D2 including the screen (and that will mean mapping it fully - bearing in mind you won't be able to map a lot of functions anyway).
The only controls that are customisable are the midi controls, but I think you can't use them to control anything inside Traktor, it is really made to control a external hardware/software. Well, I'm not sure, so you can give it a try.
    Here's some explanations:
