Damage not downloading with Komplete 10 ultimate upgrade

Everything else installed and sorted fine - a few problems with getting dll's in the right places, but got that sorted by myself. However Damage refuses to download with the downloader - just gives a download error. Must have pushed that button about a hundred times to repeat the download, but get an error every time.
Cannot find any alternative download link on the NI website, so I have reached the end of what I can sort out for myself.

Any suggestions?

Is there any specific error code or error description?

The error that says 'download error' in the download tool.

I had thought the server might be congested or down which was why I waited and kept trying before posting.

Already reported to tech support when I saw no response here.

New download link sent from tech support. All now secured and installed.
