    Hi there,

I'm trying to get this setup working:
    DDJ-SX1 + Traktor 3 with one Traktor vinyl Mk2

I can't get my timecode setup working. This is what happens when I put the needle on the timecode: (video) https://streamable.com/3jn167
(Notice the skipping, Neglect the high input warning)

According to this article: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000499717 Traktor 3 supports timecode control with any audio device with at least one input, which I have in the DDJ-SX.

    Error hypothesis. 1 (input)
The DDJ-SX1 has only one aggregated input for all it's inputs: https://imgur.com/DxJ8chw. This might cause a confusion for Traktor.

    Error hypothesis 2. (tsi.)
The Tsi. (mapping) I am using might be causing the issue in Traktor.
(I have tried with a couple of different tsi. which unfortunately gives the same result as in the video above.)

    Possible solutions for Hypothesis 1:
Buying a Traktor Audio 6 - external sound card. Like this guy:

(In german he explains that you will also need an external mixer to cue songs through your headphones.)
    Traktor Audio 8 -

    Questions:
    * Does anyone know what really causes this issue? How can I fix it?
    * If buying an external sound card is the best solution, which one should I buy? and will I also need an external mixer for headphone cuing with that sound card?

    Thanks alot!

I solved this by buying a Traktor A6.
Connection set-up after installing driver/updates for the A6:

Turntable-> rca -> input for channel A on the A6.
    A6 master out ->rca -> speakers.
Output for channel A -> rca to aux converter cable -> headphones (For headphone cueing/ monitor output)
Connect both Audio 6 and DDJ-Sx to your computer through usb.
Open Traktor. Route all inputs/outputs in Traktor.

If anyone need help midi mapping a knob for headphone level just ask.
