[DDJ-T1] How to assign Key-knob to i.e. shift+filter?

Ok, googling hasn't been my best friend as the word Key means a lot of things in Traktor. I mean the key-knob with which you can pitch the key of a song manually up or down (just above the pfl button).

I want to be able to use it without using my mouse, but my DDJ-T1 has no knob assigned to it, so I want to assign it to the shift button and then be able to turn the filter (or an fx button, don't really care) to be able to do so.

Can someone please instruct me on how to do this? I have looked in the controller manager but I have no idea whatsoever on what to set up. I can't even find the Key setting (see pic) in the manager.
