De-activation of serial number for Traktor for 4trak

    Hi,

    Anyone know how long it usually takes to get confirmation that the serial number has been deactivated following a second hard sale?

    Its been 5 days already!?

    Are the support guys working or have they broken up f or Christmas?

    I have one very upset customer :(

    I don't know when support go their Xmas break - have you got a Support Ticket number? It will have been in an automated email. Check your junk filter if you can't find it in your inbox.

    Hi guys,

    Don't get me wrong, I love NI, but I have to agree with Leeno here.

    It's not just a Christmas thing. It took them just over 2 weeks to get back to me andanother couple of days to actually get it done.

    I must say I thought that NI were quite on the ball doing this for me last week. I asked them to remove an A6 soundcard and bundled traktor scratch software. I received the reply four days later. Weird why there seems to be no consistency with things like this.

    Took nearly a week but not bad condidering it was just before Chrtismas.

    Just seems silly that you can't de-activate yourself and have to rely on a member of support team.
