    Hi Guys - Could someone please help me in how i unregister a product?

    I have a kontrol s4 and need to de register the traktor pro 2 software. Its not that i dont love traktor because i do - i just miss my Pioneer interface so i have purchased a DJM 900 nexus and will use traktor scratch with it.

    So my Kontrol S4 is up for sale and i want to make sure they can use the traktor pro software. please please help me

    File a ticket with registration support. Make sure you give them all the details, serial number etc.

    I have to say NI is very very poor in responces to this could of matters. I have a friend that sent a email 3 weeks ago about is activation code being not able to use it and he hasnt got a responce yet.

    My thing is you are a company that customers buy your product and depend on your product. Customer support should be at the forfront. We should have to ask Forum Mods etc for help dealing with registortion and activtions. Its very simple if u are under staffed hire the staff needed to handle this. Poor custom support leads to lose of customers which leads lose of revune. Just a thought

    Im also waiting for de-registration,

    i sold my S4 set (along with S4 software and TP2 upgrade) to a friend and he's not too happy about the wait for unregistering stuff

    Dear Team NI,

    I have Purcahsed a Traktor S4 which i need to register in my name the seller has already De rgistered the software from his system.

    We have been calling the NI office from last two months but we have no response from the NI side. When ever I call NI office they tell me that the earlier user is still registered as a active user kindly ask the seller to contact us we will de activate the user and give him a ticket which he will forward to the new owner and new owner can take the Software registeration no from NI.

    When the seller Calls the NI office they tell him your account has been deactivated kindly ask the new owner to contact NI office we will give him the new registeration code after which he can use the Traktor S4.

    The seller has sent an application by fax with all his details filled for de-registeration of his account after all this there is no response from NI side. Please guide us how shall we proceed.

    hi, something similar for me - though i created a ticket in parallel (under [Ticket#2013050110002382]) to check what can be done as the unit sold to me has a ticket created for unregistering already (but hasnt gotten feedback yet).

    once i get a hold of his ticket number i will also post it in just in case my current ticket doesn't progress.

    How long do these usually take? I bought an S2 Mk2 from my friend last tuesday. We filled out the online form for both the hardware and the tp2 software upgrade, but haven't had a reply as of yet.

    If anyone could help that would be great :)
