deactivation on one computer and activating another

    Hello! I have a new computer i would like to install Maschine. I deleted the activation code and serial number from the service center from my old computer and I'm trying to install the serial into my new one, but it has a different system ID. How can I deactivate that code and use my new computer? Please help. Thanks!

    yea. i've yet to receive both tech support and a response as it's been almost 3 days without any correspondence. i'm happy about the product, but the customer service is letting me down...

    yeah so im having same problem, how did you solve it? When i try actiate on my new computer it says " internal error during activation procedure (5)"

    NI support = Just wait, wait, wait... and wait.....

    Real customer get annoyed with protection system, like always, but hackers don't.
