Dear Native Instruments, I love my "midi controller" but if only...

    Dearest Native Instruments

    This is now my second ticket.

    I am very happy to get my lovely Kontrol, I even took time off work to pick it up which has cost me time and money.

    How lovely it was to find myself stranded with no serial number when you clearly state that it would arrive in an email. An email that hasnt arrived. A serial number that isnt in my account.

    Now I have a lovely shiny keyboard that is a huge disappointment to me, a jumped up midi controller with no software for a whopping £599. Oh what Joy to behold.

    This has tarnished my view of your company, to which I have been a loyal customer.

    I want my serial number so I can use my keyboard and I also would suggest to you that as a gesture of good will you do something to alleviate my current bitter view of your customer service, which is up to now amazing but presently Komplete and utter bobbins.

    I own Komplete 9 Ultimate.

    clearly NI are focused on flagshippping and not us Komplete 9 Ultimate customers.

    It has been reported here in the forums several times, that email support is currently a nightmare. Contact support by phone instead, which seems to work nicely in most cases.

    I currently still need to wait for the serial and wanted to check out some function without komplete kontrol. Is it really not possible to use any of the SCALE or ARP functions without Komplete Kontrol? Are they freaking serious with this?

    Yep, no ARP, no Scale, no Lightguide without Kontrol software.

    It's absolutely inacceptable, what's happening to K9 users !!! Did you try contacting support by phone?
