    Hello,

A new Maschine (mark3) user here... Very much liking the dedicated buttons on this Maschine controller.. having a hard time finding the dedicated manual..

Any NI help would be appreciated.

Come on guys: 599euros and no manual?

PS: this thing freezes and freezes over and over... Ableton 9 (latest update), OSX Sierra , iMac 2017 => all legal and up2date..
    UPDATE this thing please...

Looks like it was taken down. The English version was available a few days ago

For now you could get by , by using the mk2 and studio manual.

What do you mean by freeze? It just gets stuck? Do you get the spinning beach ball and no sound?

I have no issues either with Sierra or High Sierra.

I'm hoping a firmware update fixes the freezing issue too. No spinning beach ball for me... it's not the software locking up its the hardware unit. When I load Maschine standalone or the Maschine VST in any of my daw's (S1V3 & Reason 9.5 using a iMac 5k with Sierra) the unit locks up (none of the buttons or pads work). Unplugging the USB or power cables one at a time doesn't fix the problem either. It takes completely unplugging both cables then plugging them back in or cycling the power switch to get the unit working again. Also looking forward to a MK3 manual hopefully soon. Should have been completed and proofread during the beta test period and ready on release day in my opinion.

Ok, I'll check the MK2 manual.

About the freezes.. Like Airspeed mentioned. The hardware units freezes (not the software). Pads/Buttons become unresponsive. Only switching the on/off button at the back of the unit helps (or unplugging USB and powercable). Also 5K Imac..

    Thanks for the reply's !!!!!

I've noticed, when powering the Maschine controller after the lmac's started up, the controller won't freeze. It's when I power up Maschine before, the hardware freeze problem occurs. It's not perfect but it's something.
