Defective symtomp X1

    Hi,

    My Kontrol X1 has 3 rotation knobs which doesn't go to 0% or 100%. It gets stuck at 50%.

    I got 2 knobs at my FX which go to the minimum of 50% and 1 knob that goes to 50% max. It isn't the software. I tried it on different other software and systems.

    Has this occured to you before?
