Delay in Traktor 3 not working like Traktor 2! Just upgraded...

I've used Traktor 2 for years since it came out, I've just upgraded to Traktor 3 for no reason other than to keep up to date! I didnt need any of the new features

But I have a big issue with the Delay. I use Delay as a single effect with Freeze on, set to 1/4 and just activate it on the Deck I want to end a track smoothly.

In Traktor 3 this is not behaving the same as in Traktor 2, and I'm using identical settings. But I've also tried every possible setting to see what happens. I've checked the beat grids etc, its all the same. I've tried all the delays available, but I'm just using 'Delay'

In Traktor 2 the delay is synced perfectly to each beat of the bar. In Traktor 3 it seems to do triplets or some sort of strange timing. Weirdly, this seems to be happening with slower tracks below 100bpm, but it seems to work ok with tracks around 120 to 130.

Any ideas, I have a gig tomorrow and will have to use Traktor 2 as I use this effect all the time. If it doesnt work I hope I can get my money back.

Can you post a screenshot of the FX settings?
I use delay also all the time and it's workin perfect.

 

Hi, yes the settings are identical between Traktor 2 and 3, but the new traktor Delay behaves very strangely as you can hear in the audio samples.
