Denon DNS1200

Hi, this is my first post here. I am a mobile dj and not too fussed about loads of effects etc. I currently have an old PCDJ program with it's dedicated controller, however my laptop will need replacing at some stage and my program will not be compatible with anything later than Vista.

I already have a pair of Denon DNS1200's and would like to know which Traktor software works with these.
Also, once everything has been configured is it a case of turning up at a gig, plugging a couple of wires in and ready to go?
One more thing - my tracks are stored in My Music folders on my PC - will the Traktor programs play straight from these?

I have a pair of DNS1200 also and they work very well with Traktor. I would recommend Traktor Pro.

Wyley i have got the Denons to work - and i am pleased it is more or less plug and play every time. I aquired the tsi file direct from Denon however i do not get a read out on the display of the 1200's and the jog wheels do not respond as per CD mode - not a major problem and i can live with it but do you know a way around this?

These little units have great sounding cards inside as well which is an added bonus.

You will have to wait for the next update for this tsi to work the way it was intended

Hi i just got a pair of dn s1200 and have traktor pro and i need some help with getting this tsi file i see everytime

 

Do you mean that you're unable to download it?

 

Ok this is what it is after 3 days and about 13 hours i figure out what the tsi file is and that it can only be open on traktor now i got the two decks to play traktor every button work but no display everytime i get display on on deck the other don't work. Now i saw on youtube there is a firmware update try to download it but my pc can't open it i don't know what the problem is i try to put it on my flsh drive and did the holdwn button thing on the dn s1200 to load it in there that didnot work please help

 

What are your computer specs and traktor version?

Also where did you get the firmware update from?

 

yo tengo un problema, no funciona un lado de mis denon con traktor cuando entro al ASIO muestra los 2 pero siempre uno de ellos esta desabilitado, y por mas que lo habilito se vuelvo a desabilittar, por lo tanto en el outp solo aparece para un channel..q puedo hacer? gracias!
