    Hello all!
I was trying to use Maschine and Traktor by my x1600 mixer, now it depends on witch software i start first who can use the "soundcard/audio" from the mixer?...
How i want to use is is channel1/4 for deck a/b en channel 2 or 3 for my maschine...

I hope there is a solution for this, i really want to live drum in my mixes.

    Thnx!

Just posted about this. I talked with Denon Support back in October and they told me that this is not do able as the 1600 can only work one software at a time. They said there not any plans to update the firmware to accommodate this but that they would send it in as a feature request to the engineering department. Since it doesn't seem that anything will be done soon my recommendation is to buy and audio 8 or 4 and use that for the Maschine and use the 1600 for timecode. Sorry to not have better news for you. Keep up with the post I did yesterday in the Maschine area as I am asking if anyone else has any ideas. Also put in a feature request with Denon support if you will, the more of us that request this, the better the chance of us getting what we want. Cheers!

    How i do it now:
Asio4all driver for my laptop soundcard, minijack to tulp into my mixer channel 1.
    Used my 1600 for traktor.

Works fine! If this is the right way to do live i don't know but in my home situation it works good!

Thanks Deefqon. Your right that does work, not Idea but workable. Thanks. Looks like I will be moving to a Macbook pro soon so this will be a non-issue.
