Deregistering Maschine

Hi guys,

I recently bought a 2nd hand Maschine from eBay and registered it once it arrived. However, I couldn’t get used to it so I sold it on after a couple of weeks, but I don’t have an option to de-register it for the new owner. I’ve emailed Native Instruments but they haven’t replied. Can anyone shed some light on my situation?

Is the license not available for transfer on your account products page?

 

Unfortunately not no, there is a blank space where I would assume the option to transfer would be. I read somewhere that you have to wait 60 days before you can transfer a product but I don’t know if this is true. Can anyone confirm? Photo of my products attached...

I’ve already seen that page Uwe, it doesn’t resolve my issue/query unfortunately.

 

ok i thought you were only on that site your picture shows, cause that is the wrong place to do a transfer, but if you where there (your account \more\license transfer ) and it does not show that it is transferable - then it´s maybe right that you have to wait a bit.

You was right Uwe, I was on the wrong page. However as you can see, it says “Not Transferrable” so I’m a bit stuck.

Yeah, there is a waiting period (not sure how long)!

 

60 days. Contact support to get around the limitation.

Correct, there is a 60 days limitation for automated transfer but the registration team will be able to sort this out manually.
