Desolat (and coloured) vinyl photos, post em up!

I have two plus the fabric case that came with another pair. I use them to keep weed in. Don't tell my mommy.

 

I love the little boxes. Only problem is I can't use them for my headshell/carts. The ones that come with the concords work to carry them, but the insert for the cartridges don't work with a headshell. So, they make a good stand for now.

 

You typed this when I was typing my post. I was SOOOO close to saying, "... and you put your weed in there." Not that I do, but that is one of my favorite old time SNL skits.

Lovely setups you lads have. I'm tempted to get the desolat vinyls.. Was going to ask Loco Dice if he had any on him when he played here in dublin last weekend.

 

Yeah its in the works and soon.
Mathias the Faderfox genius has a new range out in Spring (?) a new DX3 and DJ3.
The only info hes let out of the bag is that the new range is USB not Midi like the last 2 series.

2x DESOLATE!

I could have sworn one of the german record shops still has them in stock, as of last week when I was poking about.

 

According to the 2 stores in all of Germany that had ANY to begin with, I got the last two!

Haha, yes indeedieeee...Strat is drunk off his ass, stuffing his face with badly made sandwiches (cutting normal sized breadslizes is IMPOSSIBLE when being "Batman" -drunk)...and yes pictures of my timecode vinyl collection will be posted as soon as I sober up and manage to hold a camera!

did anyone actually weigh all the vinyls to see which is truely the lightest..? i skimmed through but couldn't see anywhere..

could have swore I read someone said blue, but now as soon as i just hit buy I'm second guessing maybe was it clear.. I know it ain't white, red feels nice.. IMO..and if blue is anywhere near red happy days..

my white melted on my radiator on Saturday nite ...... radiator? yeah i know, i deserved it..

 

Blue, red, and clear are pretty close in terms of thickness and weight. I can't feel the difference when spinning with blue on the right and red on the left.

 

sounds good.. blue appears slightly transparent, just like red.. so maybe they are produced in a similar fashion.. only i like the look of the blue better.. glad i took the chance.. thanks
