Detailed list of bug fixes in 2.1

This can be found in the readme file in the Kontakt folder. I take the liberty of posting a copy here so everyone can check if the bugs that have been troubling them are supposed to be fixed. Please don't post replies about specific bugs here but in a separate thread in order to make it possible to discuss each issue separately.
