Solved Determine source of note-off that triggered RCB

    Is this possible? For example, Reaper has a "Send all notes off to all MIDI outputs/plug-ins" action, which will trigger the release callback in Kontakt. Is there any way for KSP to determine that the release was caused by my DAW vs. my MIDI controller? Thanks.

    No, for Kontakt both types of events came "from the outside" - regardless if it's sent by your DAW or by your MIDI controller. In fact, in both cases it's the DAW who sent the events (because DAW just routes MIDI from your controller to the plugin, DAW is the middle man).
