Development

Good day,

May i ask what - if any, is the current development status of Guitar Rig Pro?

I believe that the current version is 5.2.2 with that last update occurring on 2016-06-02.

Knowing this information would be of tremendous help in ascertaining if one should consider further postings in this forum thread.

It would appear that no one from NI is moderating this forum? It would also appear that many have been asking a similar question and it would be very interesting to ascertain why no one from NI has responded to any of these queries?

 

NI is not obliged to respond to each and every question on this forum.

I agree with you. It's completely normal and even healthy for developers to have fluid communication with users.
Perhaps this section is not the proper conduit for a response.
In the other threads you read, perhaps some users have also formulated this option for more direct communication.

However, users (me in particular) have the feeling that Guitar Rig has been neglected in its development for years. And NI, it doesn't seem to contradict this with its update policy.
It's my opinion (I may be wrong)

Obviously, to express feature requests. But again, since this is a users first forum, NI is not obliged to acknowledge anything if they don't want to.

I guess that I am missing something here...okay, may I ask who created this heading? I mean there have three possible headings, Tone Workshop, Feature Suggestions and, I would assume, the regular forum. Tone Workshop is an obvious one...and so is the regular forum...but...

 

Who created this subforum really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.
