    Why can't "Device" stay focused on Generic Midi. Every time I go to switch or fix something, I have to manually switch it to MIDI.

    Also, while scrolling in the device setup, it always starts from the top and does not let you continue with where I left off.

    And am I missing where you can set value numbers for modifiers?

    yeah, it should stick to the exact position as when you took the focus off of the preference window.

    select the given modifier when you add a new assignment and then set the value accordingly. this is the same as in all version of TP
