Device Updater Issue

Hi guys! i just upgrade to the Audio 6, i understand that we need to download the device updater, i download the device updater, i have a macbook 2006 OS X Version 10.7.5 and the application does not wants to open, it looks like is going to open in the dock, but nothing happens. Please i need some help or some reason why the device updater does not open in my laptop. Thanks

 

Might sound stupid but did you definitely download the OS X version?
Your Audio 6 needs to be connected before you start the Device Updater.

i also have an mac book late 2006 osx version 10.7.5, 1.83 GHz Intel core 2 duo, 3GB MHz DDE2 SDRAM

What version of Traktor are you running? The latest is OS X 10.8 and above although it may work on 10.7 it could be an OS version issue. I'm not sure which minimum version of OS X the Device Updater can be used with.
Can you update your OS X? I'm guessing not on a 2006 MB..?

no bro i can not update, i think that what i will do is to buy a better usb cable to not get errors on the sound card i dont know if you guys call it glitch ? but yea is like a crappy sound that ruind your mix like when the overload is high
