Hi, I installed some of the items in Komplete for OSX. I did not check all the options because I just wanted to install a few of the instruments to get started. Now I would like to download and install the rest of the instruments and content but they do not show up as options in the installer. Do I have to re-download and re-install the entire Komplete content to get the instruments I bypassed the first time around?

    Thanks

Which Komplete version are you using exactly (and is it the boxed or download version)?
And which instruments or content is not shown or missing?

Hi Solger, it's regular Komplete 10 and it is the download version.

OK, simply running the Komplete 10 installer again should be working.
The installer should detect already installed products automatically. Otherwise you can de-select already installed things manually:

If you haven't already you can try to reboot your computer once.
Or try to re-download the Komplete 10 installer.

Ok rebooted my computer, ran the installer again. I guess what I'm expecting to see is the option to download the other instruments I haven't gotten to... for example I downloaded the Mavericks piano but not the other pianos. Now I want to download the other ones, but they are not listed as an option. All I see is a list of "installed".

So is there a way to target the instruments individually? Seems like my only option is to download and reinstall the entire Komplete application, including the content that I have already installed.

So you don't have all things listed like you can see in the screenshots here?:
    http://www.native-instruments.com/e...ate-with-the-komplete-10-ultimate-downloader/

Did you also already try to download the K10 downloader again?

Otherwise, if you haven't already, contact NI support about this (calling them is usually faster): http://www.native-instruments.com/en/company/contact-ni/

Hi, yeah at the very beginning it looked like that, and I did not select all the boxes. So I got a fresh downloader from my purchase/serial number email and tried again.

Second time around it just showed a list saying "25 of 26 installed". There was an issue with a program called "Driver" but that's all the info it gave me. Running the installer again I would expect to see a few unchecked boxes asking me to resume downloading but it's just a list of installed content. Only other option it gives me is to reinstall the entire package and it says it will overwrite what is already there.

I will call them up, thanks for the tip.

Update--called tech support, and I did decide to reinstall everything... and selecting that gave me the option to install the undownloaded content that I was looking for. I had assumed that option would literally erase all I had downloaded. So if all the rest downloads I think this issue is solved--thanks.
