Did an offline act...now my serial numbers are invalid

I just performed the offline request and now my serial numbers are invalid. I can't run the setup installation on my studio computer because it's not online. It just keeps asking to open the authorization key. What am I gonna do. I've been dealing with this in some form or another for weeks now and I'm about to sell this software. It's just not worth all this trouble.

 

You could phone NI. It was the only way I got my problems addressed.

 

Tried calling support. No dice. I'm gonna sell this bundle and get my money back. This is a load of ****. There is NO reason software should be this hard to install. I've had ESSENTIALS for three weeks and haven't been able to get it to work. NI needs to re-examine their client base and accept that alot of us aren't online and that their authorization process needs streamlining. I really want Absynth, and was ready and itching to purchase Guitar Rig 2 but after this experience, there is NOTHING that they could release that could justify this suspicion.

 

Similar issue here. I thought it was my converting my C drive from FAT to NTFS... But I did open the control center to check the status and found only half of my Komplete products authorised.

Not only can I not use the NI stuff, but of course my sequencer crashes with all the error messages when it looks through the VSTi folder...

 

I'm now having problems with Traktor - exactly the same issue I had with Komplete.
