Did not receive dowload/activation link!

    Hello,

    I have sent a message to support and thought I would post my query too.. I purchased Komplete 8 yesterday at a music shop here in Canada.

    After registering K8 I was expecting to receive an email with the dl and act link for the special offer ( Razor, Mouth, Strings )

    I haven't received anything yet?

    Anyone? :angry:

    Same here. I have a ticket in with them as well. Their FAQ page says it will be automatically sent 30-120 minutes after the registration, but I'm thinking it's either not really an automatic system (waiting for a human) OR a technical issue with their automated email system. Hope they get it sorted out though. I could really use strings on a project I'm working on.

    Even weirder: a few days ago, I tried ordering Komplete 8 from the NI website, but something went wrong, and I couldn't get to the checkout page. I sent a support request, and yesterday I received the e-mail with the download links for Razor, Session Strings and Mouth, but - at that time, I hadn't even bought Komplete! :S

    I did buy Komplete at a local retailer today, however, and I assumed I'd automatically get a new, proper notification with links and serials for the three bonuses. But nothing's popped into my inbox, and neither of the three extras are available in Service Centre or in my account.

    Not sure if I want to push my luck by trying to install the extras with the serials from that weird e-mail... :confused:

    Edit: BTW, did and of you guys get this sorted out? Did you eventually receive your serials?

    It took about 4 days since my original registration and email to support but the links finally came. SSP is awesome and The Mouth is inspiring when used on DI distorted guitar btw.

    I think the problem is nowhere does it say when or in what time to expect these items. One would assume that because (by their admission) this is an automated system, registering a qualified product would trigger the process and the slow part would be the time it takes for the email to arrive.

    Hey I just installed mine today (29th Sept) and i didnt get the link.

    Does that mean i have to wait another 4 days? where the offer ends by then? someone help me

    I t would be a huge disappointment :(

    Actually, I woke up to four e-mails from NI this morning, which included links and serials for Mouth, Razor, Session Strings, Retro Machines and Abbey Road Drummer upgrade pl voucher... :)

    However, I'm still clueless as to whether this was a delay in NI's automatic system, or if it was my support request last night that prompted them to do it manually, as I haven't actually gotten a reply to my support request. :confused:

    Either way, if you've activated Komplete as of today, I wouldn't worry about missing out on the offer; it's just a question of how soon you'll get the serials.

    I got home today and found the 4 e-mails, 3 with registrations on the products (1 which I already own) and the other 2 Razor / Mouth. The last e-mail gives me instructions to go to my account under my products and serials. I can see the software with the serials but no link, nothing to download. I did look around to see if I could find it someplace else and I can't. I already sent ticket to support.........again to see if I am doing something wrong. Mean while, if anyone out there knows that I am doing something wrong.........Am I doing something wrong or do I need to just keep waiting now for their response with the link or whatever it is that they have to send? :S

    Well, it is Friday 3:30 PM (Germany Time) and no response nor "Download" link activated yet. Does that means if I don't get a reply by the end of today I will have to wait till next week to hear from these people? ;)

    same here! i ve sent 4 mail to n/a and i got no response! the money are off my credit card properly but i have not got the email with the serial number yet!its been more than one day!

    i installed maschine 3 hours ago
    just got the mk2
    no links for my free MASSIVE as of yet
    "automated," apparently has ANOTHER meaning to native instruments than to the rest of us :D

    of course, i'll be enjoying this new magic machine a great deal even before that link arrives
    but.... i hope that it will soon

    Seems NI needs 3-5 BUSINESS days to process registrations. Should get my e-voucher and Massive registration today.

    i guess "AUTOMATIC" mean something ELSE for them
    with the NEW ABLETON LIVE 9 and PUSH.... NI better get their "CUSTOMER SERVICE" ramped up or risk losing customers...

    IMHO, of course
