My main question is about the instruments, do you get more instruments in the K6 paid version or are they the same as in the K6 starter free
    Thanks

If you mean kontakt, then yes, you can open more instruments that are not licensed by native and make your own. You also have more options with scripts, for changing notes and other sometimes usefully stuff.

Thanks Uwe, what I was really needing to know is about the starter libraries, which is free and the libraries in the paid Kontakt 6 version. Are the starter libraries the same or do the paid version have more that are not shown in the free starter K6. I understand there are other free 3 party libraries that are avail=able with the paid version from 3rd party sources. It just seemed that the starter pkg did not have a lot of instruments/sounds and I am hoping the paid version will unlock more. K6 is still a great price and I will get it today, just trying to clarify the differences in sound libraries if any

All the selection stuff differs, as far as I remember, you have not the same amount of sounds like with the non selection stuff for example. Kinetik treats is also a striped down version.
