Different FX for Browse and Shift+Browse

    I'm having trouble figuring out why I get a totally different set of FX options when I hit browse with and without the shift key. I'm sure there's some logic to why they're separated like that, but I can't find any info on why. Anyone care to clarify that?

    With SHIFT+BROWSE you select an effect with default settings.
    With BROWSE you select an effect with custom settings.

    Thanks! It looked like the Shift+Browse effects were more "preset"-ish, but I wanted to make sure.
