Hello, I have a little problem.
On my Mac the Groups of the expansions are shown correctly while on the MK3 every expansion is one behind. the first expansion is just a symbol of a Power Cord. For Example on the Mac its "chromatic f." on the MK3 its the symbol. Than if i go to the next on the mac wich is "deep Matter" on the MK3 its "Chromatic". Than "Maschine" on the Mac and "Deep Matter" is shown on the mk3 and so on. The sounds on the Mac are the right ones. Does anyone knows this?
    Excuse me for my english
    Kai

Odd issue, never seen a report about this before.
Do you have the same total number of Expansions showing in both the hardware and software? is either one missing an expansion?
Have you tried rescanning the Factory content from the preferences?

    You can try the following.
Go to Macintosh HD> Users> * Your Username *> Library> Application Support> Native Instruments> Komplete Kontrol and rename the file komplete.db3 to komplete-old.db3.
Start machine 2 (stand-alone), and a new scan will take place.
Ensure that the entire scan is performed.

First of all, thank you all for your help. To Rene, i dont have this path and i cant find the komplete.db3. Perhaps this here comes near: sqlite3.dylib

I no longer have a Mac at my disposal.
What you can try is do the same but with the sqlite3.dylib file.
Maybe D-one knows more about it.

Can you share a picture of it? This is most likely the problem... Select that "power cord" expansion, right-click any preset inside it and select "Find In Finder", tell me what that path is. If that expansion shows on HW but not on SW it's normal that things are out of sync...

    I think you're confusing these 2 paths:

The second one (to the right) is where you need to go, the library folder is hidden by default in macos, in finder type press CMD+SHIFT+G (go) and type this:
    Code:
    ~/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments

i am sorry, i cant take a screenshot of the Maschine because its changing in another view directly. And i cant do any thing on this symbol thing. If i go inside the symbol in the MK3 its showing the groups of another Expansion.

hummmm... that should only show up for User stuff, not library/expansion content. Whats the text name the shows up above the icon?
Did you add anything from NI to your user libraries in the Preferences > Library > User ?

try removing the <Logic Reason... Maschines> folder temporarily, then rescan all content and see if it fixes it, if it makes no difference then add it back.

Have you tried renaming the .db3 files as René suggested? It's there on your pic in post #11 (both in the Maschine and komplete kontrol folders)
