    I really think that direct disk browsing needs to be a central feature of the next update. The lack of it is one of my biggest issues with Maschine as it stands.

    AM I the only one who thinks that this is not needed? I would never use it. The tagging idea is great, it however doesnt work very well. The tagging system needs an update, for sure. Direct disk browsing is completely redundant. There are way more important things that need to be implemented.
    I am sorry for spoiling the fun here!

    yeah you are, clearly you don't have a very large external sample library. at the moment maschine is nothing more than a glorified rompler, its such a pain to add in your own sounds!

    Am bumping this cos I don't have 2.0 and can't find any detail about this feature.
    This request going quiet has me hopeful, but am guessing we still have to add samples to the library to browse from the hardware?

    Maschine 2.1's software browser appears to be able to load your own personal library on connected hard drives without importing into Maschine's library. It makes absolute sense to have this functionality from the Maschine Studio hardware. This has been a popular feature request since Year 1.

    yep I got a maschine last week and was looking for that big time really a drag doing it form software when your in mid flow

    I cant see this being a big thing to implement if we keep banging on about it they will listen lol
