    Hello

I would like to disable the communication between the Komplete kontrol plugin and the Komplete Kontrol mk1 hardware.
Mostly becouse I use reaper and I would like to use a wrapper (Driven by moss) that communicates with the Keyboard via usb.

The problem is if I insert a KK plugin instance in the project the kkmk1 hardver automatically starts to turn into 'DAW' mode and the two protocols are interfer with each other.

I Tried to disable the NI services but if i do that I loose the ability to use my Maschine mikro mk3 (witch I use in midi mode)

So the queston is: Is there any way to prevent the automatic plugin detection and communication without killing the NI services?

You already found out that it's not possible, by disabling the service (one by one?)

    P.S. have you tried ReaKontrol?

    Hello

If you disable the services the plugin and the hardware don't communicate so the problem goes away ... but the maschine mikro become useless couse you loose the ability to switch into midi mode. :(

ReaKontrol would be awesome but I have a KK mk1 .. it's only supports mk2

Connecting the keyboard only by DIN MIDI might work.
