    Hi guys,
Ive been trying to record using Traktor Scratch Pro 2 version 2.1.2. Ive been doin it by using the record output of the mixer (DJM800) going to the Input of Deck A on my Audio 10. I have then changed then selected the External source within the mix recording settings and set the external input to Input Deck A.
When starting the recording a signal is being received but it is limiting out and the result is very distorted and bad quality.
I have read other posts on the internet and they said the problem may be that the inut channel is set to phono and not line. I have tried changing the the input to line but I am unable to select it!
Does anyone know if this is the case why the recording is distorting and if so how am I able to change it from phono to line?

All help wud b hugely appreciated as im dying to get my mixes recorded!

    Many thanks! :D

have you tried different wires? ive had old rca cables give me problems with distortion, or if you have wires crossed. for example if you had a usb wire underneath a power wire it can give you problems.
