Does Kontakt have a "Key Scale" control like EXS24?

Logic's EXS24 samples has a "Key Scale" knob that lets you adjust velocity across the keyboard by the pitch of the note. For example you can make bass notes more sensitive and therefore play with mode velocity and treble with less, or visa versa. Here's the description from the Logic manual.

Question is, is there reasonably simply say to do this in Kontakt? I have existing instruments that I'd like to tweak this way.

...right-click on the desired parameter, choose external sources and key position. in the modulation tab you can also edit the key scaling, either as a table or as a curve...
