Plan to buy Kore 2 to use as VST host for Ivory and Trilogy. Are these compatible and glitch free ? Thanks

Don't have these two products, but regarding Spectrasonics I can tell this:

Atmosphere, StylusRMX and Omnisphere load fine in Kore 2 and I did not have
a problem so far with them (runing under Windows).

Regarding Host-Automation (the way Kore controls plugins):
Atmosphere doesn't have Host-Automation, and this is true for Trilogy so far.
When the new version of Trilogy will be released (with the STEAM engine), my guess is, it will have the same new Automation system like StylusRMX and Omnisphere (which I personally find a little bit akward to set up, but it works).

Also, as announced elsewhere on this forum, the Kore 2.1 Update should enable you, to control plugins via Midi with the Kore Controller
    (for example Atmosphere or Trilogy).

And regarding presets - since Spectrasonics uses their own preset systems, you can't batch-import presets into Kore, but you can save single presets as Koresounds one by one.

Hope, I could give you some useful informations.

    Cheers

    No. Or almost.

The 2.1 update includes the new Hardware Controller Support (HCS) for the kore controller. This includes an editor for creating midi out templates, virtual midi ports, and a persistent process for generating midi when kore is not running. Midi comes out of the hardware port on the back of the controller, or through the virtual out port; but not directly inside of kore to control plugins directly. This may be possible using a loopback connection with a cable, or the virtual ports.

The midi out capability is an update for the kore hardware, not the kore software.
