Does X1 MK1 works with macOS High Sierra?

I can't seem to make it work even with "import collection" untick and 2.80 driver installed.

 

Same here. I'm using a Rane MP2015 and an x1 mk2 (working) and x1 mk1 (not registering any midi channels for this device)

Same problem..when are drivers gonna be available?

 

There are currently many issues with USB and High Sierra, even RME are having issues with High Sierra seeing some of their sound cards!

Given that the X1mk1 isn't on the "supported" list anymore I wouldn't be holding my breath for new drivers. It uses a very old chipset that you can't flash with new firmware like the newer USB devices (like the F1 and X1mk2).

 

They won't support x1 Mk1 i thinks its final. Dick move from NI.

 

Why have you moved to High Sierra anyhow? You presumably had a working system before it was released?

I’m trying to understand why you would change your OS if you rely on your system to be stable?
