Don't buy on the NI store!

    A few days ago I decided to buy Komplete 10 Ultimate and Komplete Kontrol S49, both on NI store. I thought I was doing the right thing by buying on the official website but I was wrong!
    1. there is no indication about the availability so you don't know if the thing you are going to buy is in stock or not.
    2. after you've paid you receive an email that says that the goods will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Well, 6 working days already passed and they haven't yet sent anything!
    In addition, I also opened two tickets in the service center and after 8 days I haven't received any response.
    I'm really disappointed, this is the first and the last time I buy something on the NI website and I strongly recommend anyone to do the same.
    Mister Native Instruments, not something to be proud of.

    Hi,

    I agree with some of what you are saying.

    Their shop seems to state when its low or out of stock, but doesn't say anything if they have plenty of stock, so I think its safe to assume if it didn't say that stock was low, they have stock.

    I recently purchased machine mikro and like you it took longer to ship than the 2 days, however having said that, it was after christmas that I purchased it and think that they were probably on a well earned holiday. Thus, the longer times to ship, same with support, I did email support , and waited a few days for a response.

    Having said all that, the item did end up actually arrive in the time frame they had originally said, So while I think their communication could improve , but I didn't really think there was a issue with the shipping, its just the communication that wasn't fantastic, product is though!
