I loaded some loops into Battery and linked the cells to a midi controller. I have the latch on for the loops so that when I tap one it will play continuously until I tap it again or trigger another loop. But when I try to trigger another loops I have to hit the midi key twice. Why do I need to double tap a key to play a sample? Any clues?

Im not sure about this, but from the info youve given, it appears youd have to "disable" the loop once you "enabled" it. So when you hit the first pad/cell, the loop starts, then stops when you hit the cell/pad a second time. This makes sense.

Perhaps you shouldnt use the auto-loop function, and just loop it in realtime. Or sequence it in your DAW. Or adjust it so it'l loop only while youre holding the pad/cell, rather than the tap once [on], tap twice [off] loop method.
