Im trying to install Komplete 10. Some parts work. I've installed and activated more than half of all the instruments and effects, but when I try to install Abbey road 60s drummer, Kontakt factory Library, Scarabee Vintage keys, Studio drummer and some more instruments i get "download error". Have tried both to "download only" & "download & install" but nothing works... Annoying! Help! Skärmavbild 2016-01-17 kl. 20.05.04.png

According to your screenshot there's "Not enough space to complete installation".
So check how much free space is left on your hard drive.

Info about space requirements for Komplete can be found here: http://www.native-instruments.com/e...14/notes-on-downloading-komplete-10-ultimate/
In general, keep in mind that all steps (downloading, temporarily unpacking and installing the files) require enough free disk space ...

    Thanks for your reply.
    That's sort of the problem...
I have a lot of free space.
For some reason the downloader doesn't work anyway..
Around 300GB on the internal hard drive and and around 500 GB free on the external where I download the installation files.
And even if I just try to download the smallest one of those ( around 100MB) that doesn't work, it still says download error...
    What to do?

    Thanks again for reply.
I'm a mac user so I don't think the advice applies...
Have of course contacted NI, but I get no response - rather annoying.
    Any other tips?

Try to call them (which is usually faster). Phone numbers can be found in the link in my previous post.

Maybe you have set a wrong date and time on your computer. That sometimes can cause problems.

I was seeing the "download error" in the Komplete Downloader and I was able to solve it by disabling the firewall in Windows 7.

    [FIX]
Open the Terminal on your Mac and do the following:
    1 - sudo systemsetup -listtimezones
2 - A list will appear, locate your timezone
    3 - sudo systemsetup -settimezone your.time-zone

After that start the downloader again. It should work.
