I purchased the Symphony Series Collection to use with my copy of Komplete 11 today, but am completely stunned at the projected download times.

I have a 300Gb/s internet connection and Native Access is reporting that the String Ensemble product (31.76Gb) is going to take 17 hours to download... normally files of this size take about 20-30 minutes to download.

Has anyone else found this to be ridiculously slow? At this rate it's going to take all week to get the content down.

    Hello Zen Logic,

How are things going now? Have you tried the internet speed test just to figure out is there any performance problems on your network's side? I just tested the big library download via Native Access and everything is working great. The download speed is usually the attribute of the network, nor the software. Let me know did things change for you.

Well, for me NA certainly seems a lot slower, also you don't have proper system to pause and quit so my library of 23 gb is now downloading for the 3d time. Moreover, it is not possible to see the download speed AFAIK, also a little annoying. Also, please allow us to pause and quit the application and then continue download. If I press pause on a download, I cannot quit the application because it says: "cannot quit, please wait until all installations are finished".

As always, on the audio part your software is brilliant and on usability your software really is lacking

Hi, note it's best to install ONE item at a time via Native Access vs "install all" -- but I would guess that was what you were doing, but just general tip for anybody as I went through this last month on my paltry 50mb connection in Calif.

"Paltry 50 Mb"?! You guys are lucky you're not on my 6Mb connection! o_O So I'm really jealous of the OP's 300 GIGAbit connection! ;)

That said, I am still managing to download all the components of Komplete, including the 30GB+ libraries. The only real problem is the lack of an 'Auto Retry' option. There have been several times I found a download failed overnight and Native Access has helpfully waited hours for me to manually click Retry!

LOL... yeah, 50mbs slow compared to the 100mbs I used to have. When I cancelled my cable and kept phone + internet, the 'evil' folks at Frontier here who took over from Verizon FIOS (sigh), only had a reasonably priced plan with 50mbs even though they give NEW customers 100mbs. But, I'm going to leave them soon for something else. I miss the speed! We know we're living in the future when 50mbs is 'slow' .... :)
