downloading updatre kits from service center

when im in battery 3 and i open one of these kits i get a file missing message. after i fix the path i still get the same message but now it says im missing the samples. ive read the read me fie and followed the instructuions but still no luck.

how can i get hese kits to work properly in battery?

im on a pc with windows 7

Open the kits- you'll get a prompt to find the missing samples. Browse to where the samples are; the kit will load. Save the kit after it finds all the samples. Done.

the problem is the actual samples. All the kits that came on the content disc work fine, its the kits from the service center that battery or me cant find, even after i follow the path

example: Cdrive/programfiles(x86)/nativeInstruments/battery3/battery3library/swagkit/swagsamples

Swag samples is wut is missing


after i download them to my desktop and install them i still get no samples just 2 seperate folders, 1 with the green battery icon with the kit name and the other folder holds the same kits but with a blank document icon next to them.
