Of course I get a reply from NI's tech support AFTER the deal has ended and the response is, "Check the forums". :p

So I downloaded the nifty Driver freebie and installed it but it isn't showing up in Cubase... I imagine it's too late to get it again since the deal is over, anyone have any tips?

    Thanks!

So you already installed it. Did you also register/activate it (through the Service Center)?
If so, then you can go to the NI-Page -> log in with your account -> go to "My products and serials" and there you'll find the download link.

Most likely Driver's install folder is not the same as your plugin-folder in Cubase.
For Cubase to see Driver, you have to copy/link the file into your plugin-folder.
Check the settings in Cubase and the manual about that.

If you cannot find the install directory, try a search on your harddrive for "Driver".

Well the .dll file shows up in my VST plug-ins folder but nothing shows up in the program. :/

    Maybe this solves the problem.

Otherwise, if you haven't already, try a search in the Cubase-Forum or contact Steinberg Support about this.
