I have a ton of drum loops in wav form. I want to import them and create some tracks off of them.
What is the process, the same as a sample? This is where I'm confused.
When I add the loop to my library, it goes in to my instruments/loops. So when I call it up, it plays on one of my pads in my groups.
However the loop plays for a long time, I can't stop it, and it starts going over itself.
How does one edit an audio loop imported into the library?
I can see it if I go into the sample tab and change the start and end points, but it doesn't loop when I have loop chosen, and If I try to record with it it just
loops over top of itself and sounds flangey.

if the loop is too long then you either have to slice it, shorten the loop in your sample editor OR CHANGE the loop envelope to ADSR as opposed to one shot, this will stop the phazing that is happening when your loop is duplicating itself.
