Dynamic Playlists

Hi there...

How about dynamic playlists.
Let setup us specific rules for a playlist to update/change the playlist content dynamically.

For example:
Rule #1: Publisher = Example Records
Rule #2: Release Year = (Range) 2002 - 2010
This should show all Releases from Example Records from 2002 till 2010
If new Releases are added to the Media Library it will automatically shown in this Playlist.

I really think this would make life much more easier for many dj's

Would be great to see this feature in one of the next releases...

This would indeed be awesome but it is a request that has been around for many years now usually referred to as Smart Playlists like iTunes.

NI have hinted at this in the OTR so i guess it just a matter of time before it happens.

I find iTunes Smart Playlists to be very handy. Not always 100% but great all the same.

This is definitely something missing from Traktor's core fuctionality but thankfully mr wys01's Trainspotter app has something that will fit the bill - see my sig.

There's a bit of a learning curve to it for sure but once you get it, the workflow is fantabulous.
